The Harbor Inn on Naval Submarine Base Point Loma is a truly amazing spot. The Inn is located at the tip of Ballast Point at the entrance to San Diego Bay.

Surrounded on three sides by water and an outside rock-tile deck, the Harbor Inn can accommodate up to 200 guests.
